Yash Jain is a Managing Partner of Hempstead Capital Partners, where he leads the firm's investment strategy, capital relationships, and day-to-day operations. Prior to founding Hempstead, Yash served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Blue Vista Capital Management, a middle-market real estate private equity firm, where he sourced and acquired over $250 million of industrial, flex/R&D, advanced manufacturing, and self-storage projects as a West Coast acquisitions officer. Earlier in his career, he held roles at LaSalle Investment Management, providing asset and portfolio management for an institutional portfolio exceeding $3 billion across industrial, office, multifamily, student housing, retail, and mixed-use assets.

Earlier in his career, he held roles at Woodridge Capital Partners, where he managed $3 billion of assets, and Strategic Realty Capital, where he acquired over $2 billion of assets across over 100 transactions.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Berkeley and an MBA and Master of Real Estate Development from USC, and is based in Carmel, California.
